Experience the sensation of a walk in the mountains, its views until you know the tradition in a natural fridge where, if the weather permits, we will enjoy the “hamaiketako”.
Later in the winery, the guide will show us the techniques involved in making this white wine, txakoli, so appreciated in the Basque Country and we will have the opportunity to taste it.
Then we will enjoy a special menu in a calm and familiar environment with txakoli as the main element.
To “lighten” the food we will take a txakoli sorbet that you can make yourself with a traditional carafe.
